1. The pellet extruder is suitable for fish, shrimp, frogs, pigs, ducks, etc. The extruded feed produced by the extruder has the characteristics of soft and ripe extrusion, high protein, complete nutritional ingredients, long-term floating on the water surface, and no waste of feed. Add trace elements to promote the rapid growth of fish.

2. Add wheat bran, corn flour, bean dregs, fish meal, etc., and compound premixes. Add 10-17 catties of clean water per catty according to the formula, put it into the mixer and stir evenly for about 3-5 minutes. Start the mixer auger to pump the material into the storage barrel, and the storage barrel auger pumps it into the extruder port. Pay attention to controlling the storage barrel to close the gate. From small to large.

3. Pellet cutting part: the pellet size is determined by the discharge hole. If you want to expand, it is generally 4.5 cm, and 4-5 holes are opened. If you want high output, you can open 10-15 holes without expansion. The small motor can be adjusted forward and backward, and the knife should be in the same direction. When feeding, it is better to start with 3-5 catties of feed and add more water.

4. After each feeding, disassemble the front cutting part, use a tool hook to immediately disassemble the nut on the extruder head, then start the motor to let the excess feed in the machine flow out, and clean the nut hole plate.
