Raw material receiving and cleaning system: The raw materials are pre-cleaned to remove unnecessary materials to prevent clogging of the system.
Crushing system: The raw materials may need to be crushed to achieve the required particle size for subsequent processing and uniform mixing.
Batching and mixing system: According to the feed formula, various raw materials are batched in proportion and mixed through a mixer to ensure the nutritional balance of the feed.
Pelletizing system: The mixed raw materials enter the pelletizing machine and are extruded through the die to form pellet feed, which enhances the palatability of the feed and facilitates animal digestion and absorption. Cooling and screening system: The pellet feed is cooled by the cooling system to eliminate heat to prevent the feed from mildewing during storage, and the screening system removes unqualified pellets to ensure the quality of the finished product.
