1. The particle size of material crushing
We all know that according to the different feeding properties of animals, the particle size of feed pellet machine in the process of pelleting is also different. But there are still misunderstandings about what kind of crushing and pelleting. Usually, the particle size of the material is related to the pressing diameter in the pellet machine. When conventional materials are crushed, the diameter of the pressing is generally about 6 mm. Less than 6 mm belongs to special poultry attribute particles, while the general conventional feed pressing is within the range of 6 mm.

2. Feed pelleting moisture
Many farmers do not consider the problem of moisture when using feed pellet machine to make pellets, which will cause the finished pellets to be soft and unformed, resulting in poor animal feeding. However, the real pelletized feed product adopts the principle of dry in and dry out, so the requirement for moisture in the pelleting process is very strict. MIKIM recommends that farmers control the moisture of the material at about 13% when using the feed pellet machine, so that the pressed pellets are often fuller and the finished product has a good effect.
3. The machine feeds at a uniform speed
Whether the feed pellet machine feeds at a uniform speed is a problem that most farmers ignore during use. The length of the uniform speed directly affects the normal operation of the pellet machine. If the feed is fed too fast, the machine will be overloaded. If the feed is fed too slowly, the pellet machine will be empty inside and it will be more difficult to run. Therefore, the uniform speed of feeding can not only ensure the normal operation of the pellet machine but also improve the working efficiency of the pellet machine.
