If you can't produce normal granule after adding raw materials, adjust the pressure roller bolts a little bit looser, until the normal granule is produced. If the pellet still can not be produced normally after adjustment, the oil or dry material in the mold plate should be penetrated out by steel nail (the head of the nail should be ground flat), and then re-sharpened.

1. Insufficient hardness of granule and rough surface with cracks may be caused by moisture or new mold first use. We can reduce or increase the moisture of the material to adjust, meanwhile, for the first time use of the new mold, we can use the powder with high oil content to rinse the flat mold to improve the problem.
2. Sudden blockage of the pellet machine may be caused by large hard foreign objects or metal entering into the pellet machine pressing chamber. The machine should be stopped immediately and the foreign object or metal removed to prevent a larger machine failure.
3. Gradually smaller output is also one of the common failures of the pellet mill. This may be caused by too large a gap between the mold and roll, or too low a moisture content. In order to solve this problem, we can take the following measures: firstly, adjust the grinding roller gap to keep it in the appropriate range. Secondly, increase the water content of the material to improve the output.
