Use of pellet feed machine
1. When using a pellet machine to make feed, the raw materials should be strictly selected and a scientific feed formula should be designed.
2. The machine should be installed stably during installation, and the power supply should be connected according to the direction of the machine rotation.
3. After installation, check whether the screws in each part are loose; the tightness of the transmission belt should be moderate; adjust the balance between the two rollers and the die plate, and the gap between the roller and the die plate is 0.1~0.3mm.

4. Before work, the grinding material should be prepared in a certain proportion (usually 5kg of grass powder, 0.8kg of waste oil, 0.65kg of water, and 2kg of sand), and stir evenly, and grind with the prepared grinding material for about 30 minutes.
5. After confirming that the installation is correct, stir the bulk material evenly according to a certain proportion (3.5kg of water per 100kg of dry feed is best), add a little to the feed port, and after the pellet material is extruded, fill the feed port with the material for normal production.
6. The length of the pellets depends on the length of the discharge port of the machine body. The height of the cutter at the upper end of the discharge port can be adjusted to adjust the length of the pellets. The diameter of the pellets depends on the aperture of the die plate. The die plate needs to be replaced to make the feed diameter appropriate. Flat die pellet machines generally have a length adjustment cutter at the discharge port, which can be adjusted according to actual needs; ring die pellet machines are mainly adjusted in length by manual (or electric) cutters outside the machine body.
