The main components of the flat die pellet press are a flat steel die and a group of freely rotating rollers with grooves. The raw materials fall into the gap between the rollers from top to bottom, are pressed into the die hole by the rotating rollers, and are extruded from the bottom of the hole in a long column shape, which is cut by the cutter, with a productivity of 800-1200kg/h.

The extruded pellet feed machine is also called the floating pellet feed machine. The feed it processes can float on the water surface for 6-12 hours without loosening, which is convenient for fish to eat, can improve the nutritional content and digestibility, and is particularly suitable for the physiological characteristics of fish with short intestines and weak digestion. The expanded pellet feed machine is mainly composed of a screw feeder, a moisture-adjusting mixer, an expanded pelletizing chamber, a pelletizer, and a power transmission.
The multifunctional pellet machine mainly uses mechanical crushing, extrusion, and friction to generate heat to gelatinize starch. The moisture contained in the feed itself can make the pellets plastic, and gelatinization, drying, and cutting operations can be completed at one time.
