When the feed pellet machine is in use, if the pellet surface is not smooth and the powdering rate is high, this may be due to the relatively small compression ratio of the ring die. To improve this situation, the compression ratio of the ring die should be increased.
If the pellet surface is smooth but the hardness is too high, it may be that the compression ratio of the ring die is too large. At this time, the compression ratio of the ring die should be appropriately reduced.
When the moisture content of the pellets is high, the production output will decrease and the machine is prone to blockage. This may be due to the failure of the pressure reducing valve or the steam trap. Therefore, the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to ensure that the steam pressure is between 0.1-0.4MPa, and the steam trap is ensured to work properly.

If the current deviation of the two motors is large, it may be due to inconsistent belt tension. Therefore, the tension of the two motor belts should be adjusted to ensure that they are as balanced as possible.
The feed machine has a simple structure, low cost, high finished product temperature, and can only be stored after drying. It has a wide range of adaptability to raw materials. It is mainly used to process soft plastic compound feed with a moisture content of 20% to 30%.
The hard pellet feed machine processes feed with a low moisture content, which is easy to store but does not float. It is mainly used to press raw materials with a relatively low moisture content (below 13%). The processed hard pellet feed is suitable for feeding black carp, grass carp and carp, etc. It is a feed pellet machine that is currently used more frequently.
