1. High moisture
One of the biggest reasons why the feed pellet machine can not press out pellets is that the moisture of raw materials is too high. Feed pellet machine is under high temperature and high pressure to extrude raw materials into particles, if the raw material in the moisture is too much, it is easy to cause the pellet machine blockage and inconvenient to operate. Therefore, before using the feed pellet mill, the humidity of the raw material must be controlled between 15% and 18%.
2. Too loose
If the raw material is too loose, it will make the pellet machine difficult to form particles when extruding, so before using the pellet machine, the raw material needs to be ground into a smaller powder.
3. Gas content is too high
If the raw material contains a large amount of gas, the pellet machine will not be able to form the particles. Therefore, before using the pellet machine, the raw materials need to be fully processed to discharge the gas, to ensure that the gas content of the raw material is controlled within the appropriate range.

1. Pellets do not come out when the machine is turned on. Check whether the material hole is normal or not, if not, use hand drill to play the material hole. Pay attention to the water content of the mixing material, adjust the gap between the inner wall of the ring mold and the rollers.
2. low pellet molding rate. The reason is that the water content of the material is too low, and the water content of the powder material should be increased.
3. rough surface of granule. Attention should be paid to the material refueling, cyclic extrusion to grind, so that it reaches the required degree of smoothness.
4. output is too low. If the feeder is not enough, you can raise the feeder gate opening degree. If the ring mold wall and roller gap is too large, the gap can be adjusted to about 0.15 mm. If the powder in the ring mold caking, remove the caking in the ring mold set.
5. Sudden stoppage of the main machine. Should check the fuse, clear the ring mold cavity material, and accordingly reduce the amount of feed. If the material mixed with foreign matter, should be immediately shut down to remove, etc..
