6. Fill the lubricating oil in the oil filling mark on the eccentric shaft of the two rollers before each shift.
7. Regularly check the easily worn parts such as the ring die, roller, cutter, paddle, transmission belt, etc., and adjust or replace them in time to ensure the normal and effective operation of the pellet machine.

8. Maintenance and maintenance of the pressing wheel and transmission part. The bearings must be cleaned every 2 to 5 working days and filled with high-temperature resistant grease according to the instructions. The main shaft should be cleaned and oiled every month, the gearbox should be cleaned and maintained every six months, and the screws of the transmission part should be tightened and replaced at any time. After the pressure wheel is worn, the pressure wheel belt can be replaced or the pressure wheel set can be replaced; if the bearing is found to be loose or locked, the bearing should be replaced or the shaft should be replaced together. After the ring die of the ring die pellet machine is aged, worn, or damaged, it can be replaced with a new one.
9. Check the bolts in the pelletizing room before the shift to see if the bolts and scrapers are loose.
