1. When you receive the equipment, first check whether everything is complete, whether the hopper and the discharge port are all there, and whether the motor is damaged.
2. Go home to connect to the electricity. The models of two-phase electricity (single-phase electricity or household lighting electricity) are 125, 150, and 160. The power cord is not less than 4 square copper wires. It must be connected to the air switch, not the plug. It can be directly inserted into the plug board to avoid causing damage to the motor or fire in the line, because the pellet machine has a large load (three-phase electricity can also be equipped with 3-4 kilowatts). The models that must use three-phase electricity are 210, 230, 260, 300, and 400. The three-phase electricity is used as the power electricity, and the performance of the pellet machine is more stable. It is also necessary to connect the circuit breaker from the large electricity, and then connect the motor. After the wiring is completed, first check whether the motor direction is correct. If the direction is incorrect, it should be stopped immediately. The two wires can be swapped at will.

1. Add gear oil first. Add heavy-duty gear oil according to the instructions. The label is 85W-90 or 85W-140 and add it to the oil mirror position of the machine.
2. Make grinding materials. When the pellet machine is used for the first time, it must be ground. The hole is astringent and needs oil lubrication. The grinding materials are configured in a ratio of 5:2. After the bran and sawdust are mixed with waste oil and stirred evenly, they are placed aside first.
3. In the process of feed processing, the raw materials should be mixed with water and stirred evenly before pelleting. If there is more grass and the molding effect is not good, the proportion of concentrated feed should be increased and the proportion of grass should be controlled at 50%. The feeding method can be selected from manual, screw conveyor or belt conveyor.
