6, the machine must be used for a certain period of time or pressure out a certain number of particles, if the granular material made into crumbs or particles are not solid, should be turned over to the bottom of the mill mixing feed with 2% -4% of the water.

7,Often check the belt tightness, to avoid presenting the machine output value is low, belt slipping and so on.

8,Pellet machine in the first use of low load operation for about 40 hours, and then replace the gear oil in the gearbox. In the future, it should be replaced 100 hours regularly, and all the bearings should be filled with lubricating grease regularly.
