Mixer Machine

This machine use to convey the raw material to the extruder feeding hopper.

Twin screw extruder machine

The working principle is to feed the powder raw material into the barrel through the rotation of the screw, and through heating and shearing mixing, the product is matured. During the rotation of the screw, the plastic is evenly extruded through the barrel and mold to form the product.

Dryer machine

The oven has a five layer structure, which dries the moisture in pet food through multi-layer baking, extending the shelf life of pet food. This equipment has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving.

Flavoring machine

Stainless steel structure, especially the parts in contacting with the raw material or products;

Mix the materials evenly after spraying oil and powder.

Cooling machine
