Farming Fish And Shrimp Feed Pellet Production Line

The type of feed needs to be determined according to the type of fish and shrimp (such as shrimp requires high gelatinization feed), and the equipment capacity scale should be selected in combination with daily output (1-10 tons/hour). Small farms can choose an integrated machine with integrated crushing-mixing and granulation, and large feed plants need to be equipped with independent batching, puffing and automatic packaging modules.
For high-protein raw materials such as soybean meal and fish meal, ultrafine grinders are preferred to ensure that the particles are compact and water-resistant; high-fiber raw materials need to be equipped with a two-stage grinder for pretreatment.

The grinder needs to meet the requirements of raw material fineness, and is equipped with a multi-channel conditioner to extend the conditioning time and improve the gelatinization of starch. The mixer has high mixing uniformity and is divided into single-axis and double-axis paddle mixers.
Pelletizer: Use a twin-screw extruder with adjustable roller gap, support switching between floating and sinking feeds, and adjust the pellet specifications.
Post-ripening equipment: Equipped with a stable cooling unit to eliminate the "ripened outside and raw inside" phenomenon and improve pellet water resistance.
Post-processing module
Standard countercurrent cooling tower reduces energy consumption, and is equipped with a grease spraying system to enhance feed palatability.
