After installation, each rotating part of the equipment must rotate flexibly, without card, touch and impact sound, and each connecting part must be firm and sealed, without leakage of powder, gas, oil and other phenomena.
The installation of electrical equipment, should be in line with the relevant provisions of the state, the lines should be clear, there shall be no electricity, leakage phenomenon, wires, cables should be protected shell, to prevent rodents from biting bad.

After the installation of all the equipment, each single machine should be empty car test run, normal operation before putting into the load test machine.
There is no foreign matter falling into the equipment; whether the rotating part is flexible, whether there is card, touch phenomenon; whether the connection part is firm; whether there is leakage of powder, gas, oil and other phenomena. If there is a fault, it should be removed in time.
Each gear has no lubricating oil; transmission belt tension is appropriate; crusher hammer blade, granulator pressure mold and pressure roller, etc. need to be replaced; sieve specifications are in line with the requirements.
Control room duty personnel should grasp the daily production arrangements and the storage of the main and secondary materials, in order to dispatch production.

Operation sequence
Close the main power switch first, then place each system switch to the working position.
Turn on the sound signal switch and notify the staff to enter the work position.

The stopping and starting of the secondary material system is roughly the same as the raw material system.
Ingredient mixing system mixing, the system has a manual, automatic two control modes, manual can be specified in advance according to the formula and mixing time for manual dosage, automatic with a computer for automatic weighing dosage and mixing time and other control work.
Pelletizing system: it is operated and started by special control cabinet.
The staff on duty in the control room should always pay attention to observe the various signal lights on the analog screen, if the batching silo sends out the signal of empty or full silo, they should notify the relevant feeding staff in time and operate the silo gate.
Staff should be in accordance with the production arrangements, transfer should be entered into the required material formula, the correct operation and use of computers and their auxiliary devices.
When operating the feeding device of the pulverizer and granulator, it should be ensured that the main motor works under rated current and does not produce clogging phenomenon.
