How can an animal pellet machine's pellet output be kept steady when raw ingredients are changed?

Chicken feed manufacturing machines often encounter the problem of "not producing pellets" during setup, mostly due to overly dry raw materials or clogged die rings. First, spray some warm water into the raw materials and mix well. If pellets still don't come out, stop the machine, disassemble the die ring, and use a toothpick or thin wire to clear any blockages. Then reassemble and test the machine. Additionally, in cold weather, the machine's initial temperature is low, and the raw materials have poor viscosity. Let it idle for one minute to preheat the machine cavity before feeding; this will make pellet production easier.

Another money-saving tip: Don't rush to replace dull blades on home feed-making machines for poultry. Sharpen them with a whetstone and they'll be usable again. During setup, if you find the pellet cut edges are uneven, the blades are dull. When disassembling, sharpening, and reassembling, make sure to align them with the discharge surface of the die ring to avoid affecting pelleting. Many home-based farmers have saved a lot on setup and maintenance costs using these tips.
