What to do if the pellet feed machine is noisy?
Leave a message
(1) The pellet machine may have a problem with the bearing in a certain part, causing the machine to operate abnormally and the working current to fluctuate. The working current is too high (stop the machine to check or replace the bearing).
(2) The ring die is blocked, or only part of the die hole discharges the material. Foreign matter enters the ring die, the ring die is out of round, the gap between the pressure roller and the pressure die is too tight, the pressure roller is worn or the pressure roller bearing is damaged and cannot rotate, which will cause the pellet machine to vibrate (check or replace the ring die, adjust the pressure roller gap).
(3) The coupling is unbalanced, there is a deviation in height, left and right, the pellet machine will vibrate, and the gear shaft oil seal is easy to be damaged (the coupling must be calibrated to the horizontal line).
(4) The main shaft is not tightened, especially for D or E type machines. The loose main shaft will cause axial movement forward and backward, the pressure roller swings significantly, the pellet machine is noisy and vibrates, and pelletizing is difficult (tighten the butterfly spring and round nut at the tail of the main shaft).

| Model | Capacity | Power | Dimension | Weight |
| 125 | 80-100kg/h | 3kw | 110*35*70 cm | 95 kg |
| 150 | 120-150kg/h | 4kw | 115*35*80cm | 100 kg |
| 210 | 200-300kg/h | 7.5kw | 115*45*95cm | 300 kg |
| 260 | 500-600kg/h | 15kw | 138*46*100cm | 350 kg |
| 300 | 700-800kg/h | 22kw | 130*53*105cm | 600 kg |
(5) Wear of large and small gears, or replacement of a single gear, will also cause loud noise (a running-in period is required).
(6) Uneven material discharge from the conditioner outlet will cause large fluctuations in the working current of the pelletizer (the conditioner blades need to be adjusted).
(7) When using a new ring die, a new roller must be prepared, and a certain proportion of sand bran must be added for grinding and polishing (do not use inferior ring dies).
(8) Strictly control the conditioning time and temperature, and keep track of the moisture content of the raw materials entering the machine at all times. Raw materials that are too dry or too moist will cause abnormal discharge and abnormal operation of the pelletizer.
(9) The steel frame structure is not firm, and the steel frame vibrates during normal operation of the pelletizer, which makes the pelletizer prone to resonance (the steel frame structure must be reinforced).
(10) The tail of the conditioner is not fixed or is not fixed firmly, resulting in shaking (reinforcement is required).
(11) Causes of pelletizer oil leakage: oil seal wear, too high oil level, bearing damage, coupling imbalance, machine body vibration, forced start, etc.
