Application 1: Flexible Switching Between Multiple Particle Sizes. The core component of the aquaculture feed equipment is the interchangeable mold. Switching to a 2mm fine mold produces micro-particle feed suitable for shrimp and crab larvae, with fine particles that are easy to swallow. Switching to an 8mm coarse mold quickly produces large particles for adult fish and crabs. Mold switching is simple, taking only 10 minutes, eliminating the need to purchase separate equipment for different aquatic species.

 

Application 2: Flexible Production of Sinking and Floating Feeds. Sinking feed is needed for bottom-dwelling shrimp and crabs to prevent waste from floating; floating feed is needed for mid-to-upper-level fish and bass to facilitate observation of feeding. By adjusting the expansion temperature and pressure of the equipment, the feed density can be changed-at a temperature of 140℃ and a pressure of 7MPa, the feed has good buoyancy and can float on the surface for 4 hours; at a temperature of 120℃ and a pressure of 5MPa, the feed sinks quickly, precisely adapting to the feeding habits of aquatic species at different water levels.
