Why Does My Animal Feed Extruder Shake As Soon As I Turn It On?

Causes of Vibration: The core issue is uneven stress. First, the machine wasn't level during installation, causing it to tilt and shift the center of gravity during operation, similar to a person swaying. Second, the support legs aren't securely fixed; some legs are suspended, or the fixing screws are loose, causing the pet food making machine to lose balance during operation. Third, the ground is unstable; for example, placing it directly on soft mud causes the machine to sink in when it exerts force, leading to vibration.
Solutions: First, use a level to measure the machine's position. Place the level on the flat surface at the top of the extruder. If the bubble is off-center to the left, lower the left support leg; if it's off-center to the right, raise it until the bubble is centered. Second, check the support legs; each leg must be firmly against the ground. Place thick steel plates or cement blocks under any suspended legs, then tighten the fixing screws diagonally with a wrench. Third, reinforce the ground. For small-scale fish feed making machines, a large rubber mat can be used. For large-scale extrusion feed production lines, a concrete base is needed to secure the machine, just like a solid foundation for a house.
