The twin-screw extruder produces 1-5 tons, and the ring mold pelletizer is suitable for large-scale production of 15-20 tons/hour. The high-temperature and high-pressure process improves the gelatinization degree of starch and creates floating fish feed. Small and medium-sized units are optionally equipped with 1-3 tons of puffing units and automation modules to achieve efficient dust removal and palletization, ensuring feed quality and storage cycle.

Core device modules and functions
Raw material pretreatment system
Cylinder initial cleaning screen: Intercept large particles of impurities such as straw and stones by rotating the screen surface to improve the purity of raw materials.
Permanent magnet cylinder: adsorbs iron filings and metal impurities to protect the safe operation of subsequent equipment.
Water drop crusher: supports coarse crushing to micro-pulverizing (particle size adjustable), process soybean meal, corn and other raw materials, and adapt to the nutritional needs of fish feed.

Hybrid deployment system
Double-shaft blade mixer: stainless steel design, supports the precise ratio of additives such as grease, vitamins, etc.
Puffing and granulation system
Twin screw expander: Wet or dry process is adopted, high temperature and high pressure puffing improves starch gelatinization degree, and produces floating fish feed, with an annual output of up to 1-5 tons.
Ring mold pelletizer: adapted to large-scale production (15-20/hour), adjustable compression ratio, meeting the switching needs of submersible floating feed.
