If any abnormality is found, it should be handled or replaced in time.
If the feed mixer has uneven mixing or the mixing time is too long, check whether there are foreign objects in the mixing barrel, whether the mixing blades are worn or deformed, and whether the mixing barrel is tilted or deviated from the center. If there are any of the above problems, the mixing barrel should be cleaned, the mixing blades should be adjusted or replaced, and the position of the mixing barrel should be corrected.

Operation specifications of feed mixer
1. Before using the feed mixer, check whether the power supply, electrical appliances, transmission parts, safety devices, etc. are intact, without looseness, damage, leakage, etc.
2. Before starting the machine, it should be idle for one minute to observe whether the feed mixer has abnormal sounds, vibrations, etc., and it can be put into use only after confirming that there is no abnormality.
3. When feeding, various raw materials should be added one by one in order according to the formula requirements to avoid adding too much or too little raw materials at one time, which will affect the mixing effect.
4. When mixing, the mixing time and speed should be adjusted according to the properties and requirements of the raw materials. Generally, the mixing time is 3-5 minutes and the mixing speed is 20-30 rpm.
5. When discharging, the discharge port should be opened to allow the feed to flow out naturally. Do not push or pull it by hand or other tools to avoid blockage or damage to the feed mixer.
6. After stopping, the residual raw materials inside and outside the feed mixer should be cleaned to prevent mold, deterioration or corrosion.
7. When operating the feed mixer, pay attention to safety. It is forbidden to open the lid or reach into the feed mixer during operation to avoid accidents.
