Description

The ring die fish feed pellet mill is a machine that extrudes mixed raw materials such corn, soybean meal, and fish meal into cylindrical pellets using a "ring die + pressure roller extrusion" configuration. Die holes are equally spaced across the ring die's inner wall (hole diameter 3–12mm optional). The pressure roller rotates quickly while in close proximity to the ring die. The raw materials heat up and gelatinize during the extrusion process, resulting in fish feed with a high density and robust water resistance. 24-hour continuous manufacturing is supported by the hourly production capacity, which can reach 1–5 tons.
