Raw material pretreatment system
Cylinder primary cleaning screen: intercepts large impurities such as straw and stones through the rotating screen surface to improve the purity of raw materials.
Permanent magnetic cylinder: absorbs iron filings and metal impurities to protect the safe operation of subsequent equipment.
Crushing and processing system
Water drop type grinder: supports coarse grinding to fine grinding (adjustable particle size), processes raw materials such as soybean meal and corn, and adapts to the nutritional needs of fish feed.

Mixing and blending system
Double-shaft paddle mixer: stainless steel material design, supports accurate proportioning of additives such as oils and vitamins.
Puffing and granulation system
Twin screw extruder: adopts wet or dry process, high temperature and high pressure extrusion to improve starch gelatinization, produce floating fish feed, and can reach 1-5 tons per hour.
Ring die pellet machine: suitable for large-scale production (15-20/hour), adjustable compression ratio, meet the switching needs of sinking and floating feed.
Post-processing system
Countercurrent cooler: quickly cool to room temperature and extend storage period.
Rotary grading screen: screen qualified particles and remove powder and debris.
Small and medium scale: select an extruder with an output of 1-3 tons per hour, equipped with a single-shaft mixer and simple packaging equipment.
