How to debug and use a diesel fish feed extruder machine?

Standardized shutdown procedures are fundamental to maintenance. After production, first close the feed gate and let the fish extruder machine idle for 2-3 minutes to expel residual raw materials. Then, turn off the diesel engine and wait for the equipment to completely stop before disconnecting the main power supply. Cleaning must be thorough and meticulous: remove the ring die and pressure rollers; use a copper brush to clean residual feed from the surface; use a special cleaning needle to unclog the ring die holes to ensure there are no blockages; clean the raw materials from the feed inlet, barrel, and screw, rinse with a high-pressure water gun, and wipe dry with a clean cloth to prevent mold growth; clean the diesel filter and air filter. The diesel filter needs to be drained of sediment, and the air filter needs to be cleaned of dust with compressed air. Replace any damaged filter elements promptly. Daily maintenance of the fish feed processing machine must be performed on a regular schedule. Daily maintenance includes: checking the levels of diesel fuel, engine oil, and lubricating oil, and replenishing as needed; cleaning oil and dust from the equipment surface; and checking the safety guard for secure fastening.

Weekly Maintenance: Check belt wear; replace or adjust belts promptly if cracks or abnormal tension are found; lubricate transmission parts by adding lithium-based grease to bearing housings and replenishing gear oil in the gearbox. Monthly Maintenance: Inspect ring die and pressure roller wear; repair or replace rollers promptly if ring die hole wear widens or pressure roller surface patterns become shallower; check diesel engine valve clearance; adjust if starting is difficult or power is insufficient; calibrate the feeder and parameter control system to ensure accurate feeding. Quarterly Maintenance: Perform a complete disassembly of the equipment, clean impurities inside the gearbox, and replace engine oil and filters; check the clearance between the screw and barrel; repair if it exceeds 0.5mm.

Prevention of common faults requires targeted measures. Preventing Ring Die Clogging: Ensure raw material particle size meets standards to prevent large particles from entering; thoroughly clean the ring die after production; add a small amount of corn flour and run the machine idle before shutdown to remove residue. Preventing Insufficient Power: Regularly replace diesel and air filters to ensure sufficient oil and air supply; use qualified diesel fuel to avoid clogging of the oil passages with inferior diesel. To prevent equipment vibration: When installing the floating fish extruder machine, secure it to a concrete foundation and ensure it is level; regularly check the concentricity of the pulley and main shaft, and adjust promptly if any misalignment occurs. Establish an equipment maintenance log to record the time, content, and equipment status of each maintenance session. Conduct a comprehensive overhaul after the equipment has run for 500 hours to identify potential faults in advance.
