The MIKIM Large Professional Factories Use 1-10 T/H Grass Alfalfa Hemp Production Line can make various agricultural raw materials such as grains, corn, soybean meals, grass, straw, corn stalks, wheat straw, crop straw, sorghum straw, alphagrass, alfalfa grass, hemp, hops etc into animal feed pellets.

This feed pellet production line was built by MIKIM in Uzbekistan. It canproduce 10T/animal feed per hour, and customers mainly use it to producegrass-containing ruminant feed and grass-free chicken feed and powderedfeed. The size of the finished pellets is 0.5mm-12.0mm. We have customizedthe production process according to customer needs.

- It can better retain the nutrients of grass in raw materials:

Adding the right proportion of grass meal to the raw material retains most of the nutrients in the grass and straw, especially the carotenoids and vitamins in the green fodder.

- Some of the cellulose can be degraded:

The crushing and conditioning process softens the crop straw, degrades some of the crude fibre and improves digestibility.

- Denaturing starch:

The high temperature in the process of making feed pellets will denature and paste the starch in the raw material, improving the palatability of the feed and making it more pleasant for animals to eat.

- Extend storage time and facilitate transport:

By strictly controlling the moisture of the pellet feed and sealing the package, the storage time of the feed can be extended and it is convenient for transport.

- Can kill some disease sources:

Introducing high temperature steam in the process of making feed pellets can kill insects and weed seeds, inhibit the activities of various microorganisms, and eliminate viruses that are harmful to animals. It is conducive to the use of physicochemical and biological technology to improve the nutritional value of feed.

- Wide range of raw materials:
