The straw pelletizer uses crop straw or sawdust as the main raw material, and is pressed into cylindrical pellets by the straw pelletizer. According to the different quality of the raw materials, the pellets can be used as biomass fuel or livestock and poultry feed.
Straw pelletizer classification: Straw pelletizers are divided into extrusion type and stamping type. The extrusion type has flat die straw pelletizer and ring die straw pelletizer. The extrusion type is suitable for feed pellets, and the stamping type is suitable for fuel.

The straw pelletizer is small in size, flexible in movement, and weighs about 580 kg. This machine can be used for both diesel and electricity.

Electric heating function: Fully automatic electric heating device, which can adjust the dryness and humidity of the material, solve the problem of blockage. The difficulty of not molding.
Automatic adjustment function of pressure wheel: the pressure angle is automatically adjusted, and the principle of bidirectional rotation of thrust bearing is adopted to prevent the material from being squeezed and blocked, thus ensuring the stability of the discharge and forming.
Simple operation and convenient use: high degree of automation, less labor, only 3 people are needed, and manual feeding or automatic feeding by conveyor can be used.
