What are the acceptance and trial production procedures after the installation of the floating fish feed pellet production line?

The installation and acceptance of a floating fish feed production line must be checked against the standards one by one. Acceptance content includes core indicators such as equipment installation accuracy, connection sealing, and electrical safety. Regarding equipment installation accuracy, the levelness of the pellet mill and crusher should be rechecked, with a deviation not exceeding 0.2mm/m; the deviation of the center axis of each piece of equipment should not exceed ±1mm. Regarding connection sealing, a small amount of material should be added to the raw material silo, the conveyor system should be started, and all connections should be checked for material leakage. Simultaneously, the steam pipe should be started, and the seals should be checked for steam leakage. Regarding electrical safety, the grounding resistance should be tested to be no more than 4Ω, the cable insulation performance should be checked, and the insulation resistance should be no less than 0.5MΩ; all safety devices, such as emergency stop buttons and overload protection, should be tested to ensure reliable operation. Records must be kept during acceptance, and the installation team should be required to rectify any non-conforming items within a specified time until all standards are met. The trial production of the fish feed processing line should follow a gradual process of "no-load - light load - full load".

No-load trial production should last 2-4 hours, during which all equipment should be started, and the smoothness of equipment operation should be observed, along with any abnormal noises, excessive vibration, or other problems; the voltage and current of the electrical system should be checked for stability, and the coordination of the various control systems should be verified. During light-load trial production, use 20%-30% of the designed capacity of raw materials to test the material conveying smoothness of the production line, check whether the particle size of the crusher meets the standard (usually 40-60 mesh), whether the coefficient of variation of the mixing uniformity of the mixer is ≤7%, and whether the pellet forming rate of the pellet mill is ≥95%. Full-load trial production lasts 8-12 hours, using 100% of the designed capacity of raw materials to comprehensively test the production line's capacity, energy consumption, product quality, and other indicators. For example, check whether the pellet mill's capacity reaches the design value, whether the power consumption per ton of feed is controlled within 80-120 kWh, and whether the hardness and moisture content of the finished feed meet the standards.

Problems encountered during the trial production of the fish food pellet making production line need to be addressed promptly. If uneven particle size is found in the crusher, check whether the screen aperture is appropriate and whether the hammer blades are severely worn; if the mixer's mixing is uneven, adjust the mixing time or the speed of the mixing paddle; if the pellet forming rate of the pellet mill is low, check whether the die compression ratio matches the raw material characteristics, or whether the conditioning temperature and moisture content are appropriate. If current fluctuations occur in the electrical system, check for equipment jamming or insufficient cable cross-section. After trial production, a thorough cleaning and maintenance of the equipment is required, including changing the lubricating oil and removing any residual materials from the machine, in preparation for formal production.
