The production line's central control system has preset process parameter formulas for different feeds. Operators only need to select the feed variety on the touchscreen, and the system automatically adjusts parameters such as grinder speed, mixing time, pelleting temperature, and cooling airflow, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. Simultaneously, the system supports saving custom parameters, allowing companies to save proprietary parameters based on their self-developed feed formulas, further enhancing production flexibility.

An efficient cleaning system design avoids contamination during feed variety switching. Different feed varieties have significantly different compositions. For example, laying hen feed has a high calcium content; if this calcium residue is transferred to piglet feed, it can lead to nutritional imbalances in piglets. The production line is designed with a dual cleaning system of "online cleaning + quick disassembly." Before switching feed types, high-pressure water guns and compressed air are used to flush and blow away the conveying pipes, mixer, and pellet mill online, reducing cleaning time to 20 minutes. For equipment parts prone to residue buildup (such as mixer blades), a quick-disassembly design allows for rapid disassembly and deep cleaning. Furthermore, the dog feed processing line uses stainless steel for its inner walls, with a smooth surface that prevents raw material residue from remaining, further reducing the risk of cross-contamination. A production line in Shandong province, using this design, has controlled the cross-contamination rate between different feed types to below 0.1%, far below the national standard.
