raw material
1. Energy Ingredients: Corn (55%-65%, primary energy source, higher demand from piglets and finishing pigs), wheat (10%-15%, partially replaces corn, rich in carbohydrates, improves feed palatability), dried sweet potato (5%-10%, added to finishing pig feed, supplements energy, promotes fat deposition);
2.Protein Ingredients: Soybean meal (20%-28%, core plant protein, contains essential lysine for pigs), fish meal (3%-5% added to piglet feed, animal protein source, enhances piglet immunity and growth rate), peanut meal (5%-8%, supplements protein, suitable for finishing pigs and sows);
3. Functional and Micronutrient Ingredients: Whey powder (5%-8% added to piglet feed, contains lactose and immunoglobulins, promotes piglet intestinal development), wheat bran (8%-12% added to sow feed, increases crude fiber, prevents sow constipation), dicalcium phosphate (1%-2%, supplements calcium and phosphorus, promotes pig bone growth), vitamin premix (0.5%-1%, contains vitamins). A, D, and E enhance pigs' disease resistance; mineral premix (0.3%-0.5%, with added zinc, iron, and selenium to prevent anemia and skin diseases in piglets).
Operating procedures
1. Raw Material Preparation: Clean corn and soybean meal to remove impurities. Use easily hygroscopic raw materials such as whey powder immediately after opening to avoid clumping.
2. Crushing and Impurity Removal: Start the crusher, select the appropriate screen size according to the pig's growth stage (100 mesh for piglets, 80 mesh for fattening pigs), crush the raw materials and remove impurities.
3. Automatic Batching: Input the corresponding formula into the control system, start the automatic batching system, accurately weigh the raw materials and deliver them to the mixer.
4. Mixing and Conditioning: Set the mixing time in the mixer (15-20 minutes). After mixing, send the mixture to the conditioner, adjust the steam parameters to ensure conditioning meets the standards.
5. Pelletizing: Start the pellet mill, install the corresponding aperture ring die, adjust the roller gap (0.1-0.2mm), and continue production after the pellets have stabilized.
6. Drying and Cooling: Send the wet pellets to the dryer, set the temperature and time, dry them, and then transfer them to the cooler to cool to room temperature.
7. Screening and Packaging: Screen qualified pellets using a grading sieve, and bag the qualified pellets using a packaging machine (25kg/bag or...) 50kg/bag), labeled and put into storage.
