1. Before starting work, be sure to remove the head mold, screw and other parts, and thoroughly clean the rice dirt and oil stains in the screw and barrel. After cleaning, dry and reinstall.
2. Before starting the machine, let the machine run for 1-2 minutes to preheat. Then, slowly add the raw materials to the feed port. When the raw materials fill the ring groove of the spiral screw, stop feeding. At this time, friction preheating should continue, and wait for the temperature and pressure in the machine cavity to reach normal levels before continuing to feed. During the feeding process, the feeding amount should be gradually and slowly increased.
3. Feeding should be continuous and uniform, and the material should be kept dry to prevent the spiral groove from clogging.

4. If the spiral groove is found to be clogged, do not stop the machine immediately. After stopping the feeding, the machine should continue to run until a burnt smell is produced before stopping, so as to avoid the die head and spiral screw from biting. If the nozzle or spiral screw is difficult to remove, try to remove it from the machine body and roast it for removal.
5. When the nozzle cannot spray out the formed product when the machine is working, it may be due to the excessive temperature of the nozzle. At this time, check the dryness of the raw materials, whether there are foreign objects in the spiral groove, and whether the feeding is interrupted, and take corresponding measures to solve the problem.
6. After the work is completed, stop feeding and let the machine run idle for 1 minute to drain the material in the machine. Then, remove the nozzle, mold and screw while hot, remove the residue in the machine and unclog the nozzle for the next use. Please note that gloves should be worn during the disassembly process to prevent burns.
Daily cleaning: After each use, the residue inside the machine should be thoroughly cleaned, including the screw, barrel and nozzle. Make sure all parts are dried and properly reinstalled.
Regular inspection: Regularly check the various parts of the machine, including the wear of the screw, the integrity of the barrel, and the operating status of the motor. If any abnormality or damage is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
