1. Select a suitable discharging speed. According to the particle size and shape of the ingredients, select an appropriate material conveying system and extruder model to control the discharging speed.
2. Adjust the extrusion pressure and temperature. According to the moisture content of different ingredients and the pressure range suitable for extrusion, control the extrusion pressure and temperature to make the ingredients reach the best extrusion state.

3. Control the extrusion time. By adjusting the speed and discharging speed of the extruder, control the extrusion time to achieve the best taste and quality.
1. Rice: Rice extrusion requires high temperature and high pressure. Control the extrusion pressure at 2.5-3.0MPa and the extrusion temperature at 160-170℃. Pay attention to controlling the discharging speed to avoid too fast and cause quality degradation.
2. Wheat and corn: Wheat and corn have a high moisture content and are easy to gelatinize. The extrusion temperature needs to be controlled below 120℃, and the discharging speed also needs to be appropriately reduced.
3. Beans and nuts: Beans and nuts have a high oil content and are prone to explosion. It is necessary to control the puffing pressure and temperature to avoid safety accidents.
