1. Check all parts, especially the connecting screws of each section of the expanding chamber, the anchor bolts, the connecting bolts of the motor base and the frame, and the bolt connection between the expanding chamber and the frame. There must be no looseness.
2. Manually rotate the main shaft. At this time, there must be no friction sound in the expanding chamber.
3. Start the feeding auger and check its stepless high-speed performance. It is required to operate normally.
4. Check and clean the water and air circuits before starting the machine. All filters need to be cleaned.
5. Before starting the machine, check whether the wiring of the electronic control part is correct, whether the direction of each motor is correct, and whether the control is reliable.
6. After stopping the machine, you must wear anti-high temperature gloves, quickly remove the discharging mold, and clean it immediately while it is hot. Start the main motor to empty the accumulated materials in the puffing chamber. When puffing corn, add soybean powder to rinse the materials in the chamber.
7. Pay attention to safety when unloading the machine. No one can stand in front of it to avoid the danger caused by the residual pressure in the puffing machine chamber.
8. After the equipment is running normally, it must not be stopped at will.
