Humidity has an important influence on the hardness of pellets produced by the pellet machine. If the humidity is too low, the pellets will be too hard; if the humidity is too high, the pellets will be too wet and soft, which is not conducive to molding and storage. Therefore, moderate moisture control is required according to the actual situation during the production process. Generally speaking, the feed humidity required by the pellet machine is more suitable to be controlled between 10-13%.
