Daily maintenance and care of the feed pellet machine is essential. Ignoring this will affect the service life of the machine. Although the feed pellet machine looks small, it has many parts, so it is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection at least once a month.
After each use, clean the grinding disc hole with oil to prevent raw material residue, which will affect the next use.
Regularly check the wearing parts such as the ring die, pressure roller, cutter and transmission shaft, and adjust or replace them in time.
It is recommended to clean the bearings of the pressure wheel and transmission part every 2-5 working days and fill them with high temperature resistant grease.
The gearbox should be cleaned and maintained every six months. If it gets hot, it can be solved by replacing high-quality gear oil or adjusting the gear clearance.
Before use, check whether there is oil leakage in all parts of the feed pellet machine, confirm that there is no stringing or loose screws, and reasonably adjust the gap between the pressure wheel and the grinding disc.
