Removing the old bearing
1. Stop the operation of the film pelletizer. Turn off the power and disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the pipes of the feed and discharge ports of the film pelletizer.
3. Remove the bearing cover. If the film pelletizer uses a double-sided cover, you need to remove both covers in turn.
4. Remove the bearing. Use a special bearing removal tool to remove the bearings one by one. If the bearing is tight, you can use a hammer to add slight impact to gradually pry the bearing out.
5. Clean the debris and dust in the bearing seat hole.

Install the new bearing
1. Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil and install the new bearings one by one on the bearing seat.
2. If a double-sided cover is used, you need to install one cover first and then add lubricating oil.
3. Inject the lubricating oil in the bearing well until the lubricating oil can overflow from the oil outlet.
4. Install the bearing cover. If a double-sided cover is used, install one cover first, lubricate it gradually, and then install the other cover.
5. Install the pipes for the feed and discharge ports.
6. Reconnect the power supply and start the ring film granulator.
