1. Raw materials cannot be pressed out: This may be due to blockage of the die hole, improper material moisture, improper adjustment of the roller gap or damage to the feed scraper. Solutions include cleaning the die hole, adjusting the material moisture, adjusting the roller gap and replacing the feed scraper.
2. Equipment startup difficulties: This may be due to poor contact of the power cord or damage to the motor. The solution is to check the power cord and motor.
3. Oil leakage and high noise from the reducer: This may be due to damage to the oil seal or improper lubrication of the reducer. The solution is to replace the oil seal and adjust the lubrication.
Install the new oil seal
1. Apply a fine layer of lubricating oil to the shaft surface and inner hole to prevent wear and burns on the new oil seal and shaft surface;
2. Install the new oil seal in the correct direction, making sure it fits tightly against the shaft surface without any signs of rotation or misalignment;
3. Gently tap the new oil seal with a hammer until it fits perfectly against the shaft surface, being careful not to over-strike the new oil seal to avoid damaging its structure;
4. Reinstall the shaft into the pellet machine and check in reverse whether all disassembled parts and pipes are properly connected.
