3. Check the steam pipeline system to ensure that it has good pressure reduction and hydrophobic functions. Dry saturated tempering steam is required during the pelleting process, and the steam pressure after the pressure reducing valve must be maintained between 0.058-0.4MPA.
4. Check the operating conditions of each device one by one, and understand the matching of the pelletizer die hole used and the crushing particle size of the crusher. The raw material particle size should be moderate, neither too fine nor too coarse.
5. When starting the pelleting equipment, the feed amount should be gradually increased to avoid reaching the maximum instantly. Usually, after adding a small amount of material and steam, it takes 5-10 minutes of preheating to adjust the feed amount to the ideal state.
1. If the surface of the particles is smooth but the hardness is too high, it may be that the compression ratio of the ring die is too large. At this time, the compression ratio should be appropriately reduced.
2. If the particles have axial or radial cracks, the pulverization rate is high, and the output is low, this may be due to insufficient tempering temperature or insufficient maturation of the material. At this time, the tempering temperature should be increased and the steam volume should be increased. At the same time, check whether the cutter position is appropriate to avoid the particles being broken or torn.
3. If the pellets are of different lengths, the cutter distance or the position of the material deflection scraper should be adjusted to ensure uniform particle size.
4. If the moisture content of the particles is high, resulting in a decrease in output and machine blockage, it may be due to the failure of the pressure reducing valve or the steam trap. At this time, the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to the appropriate pressure range, and the steam trap should be ensured to work normally.
