Adaptable production scale
Select equipment capacity according to the number of pigs in stock and the average daily feed consumption. For example, a pig farm with 1,000 pigs in stock and an average daily feed consumption of 3kg/pig is recommended to be equipped with a pellet feed production line with an output of 3-5 tons per hour.
Small and medium-sized farms can choose modular equipment (such as ground-type pellet feed units) to support flexible expansion of production capacity; large-scale production requires a liquid spraying system and an intelligent control module.

Core equipment performance
Water drop type pulverizer : "U" type secondary pulverization process design to improve pulverization efficiency. The top feed port can be equipped with an impeller feeder to control the feed amount. Granulator : Ring die pellet machine is preferred. The ring die is made of high-quality alloy steel, has a long service life, good wear resistance, and is easy and quick to disassemble.
Mixer : The double-shaft paddle mixer can reduce residue and ensure uniform mixing of raw materials and additives.
Automation function
Equipped with a central control system, it supports remote monitoring of feed amount, energy consumption and fault warning; the feed line system must be compatible with the level sensor to achieve timed and quantitative feeding.
Layout optimization
Rationally plan the main machine location according to the pig house structure, reduce the elbows in the feeding pipeline, and reduce the conveying resistance.
During installation, it is necessary to clean the residual materials in the pellet mill, check the condensate discharge of the steam pipeline, and ensure the normal startup of the equipment.
