On the premise of ensuring the quality of the finished product, in order to reduce pollution and classification caused by long-distance transportation, the premix production process should be simplified, the route should be shortened, and the transportation links should be reduced. The equipment should be free of residue, easy to observe and detect, and have no dead corners in all parts.

Mixing uniformity is an important indicator of premixes. A reasonable batching system ensures the standard of its total amount, but it is very likely that the mixing is uneven and still cannot meet the quality indicators. For premixes, because they are high-concentration intermediate products, they must be continuously diluted and expanded in subsequent processing. Therefore, the unevenness in the front section may become an incorrect ratio in the latter section. This requires not only the selection of efficient and low-residue mixers, but also the design of a reasonable mixing process.
