1. Clarify breeding needs and feed characteristics

 

Farming objects and feed types
Fish species differences: Grass carp and other conventional species are suitable for sinking feed (ring die pelletizer), shrimp and upper fish require floating feed (twin screw extruder).
Nutritional requirements: High-protein raw materials (fish meal, soybean meal) require ultra-fine grinders to improve particle density and digestibility.
Water resistance control: Shrimp feed requires a gelatinization degree of ≥85%, and needs to be equipped with a multi-stage conditioner (conditioning time 3-5 minutes).

Raw material processing module
Crushing equipment: For high-fiber raw materials (straw), choose a two-stage crusher to prevent clogging; for high-protein raw materials, use a water-drop type ultra-fine crusher.
Mixing system: Double-shaft paddle mixer (high mixing uniformity), with grease spraying function to enhance palatability.

 

Forming process equipment
For sinking feed, ring die pelletizer, the mold aperture matches the fish caliber.
For floating feed, twin-screw extruder, adjustable extrusion degree, support wet/dry process.

 

Post-processing system
Drying and cooling: countercurrent cooler hot air dryer, moisture control, mildew prevention.
Quality enhancement: Grease spraying device improves energy density, and rotary grading screen removes debris.
