How to properly install a floating fish feed production line?

Equipment positioning must strictly adhere to the installation drawings. Before installation, the baseline lines for each piece of equipment must be marked on the ground with ink lines according to the pre-planned layout. The baseline deviation should not exceed ±2mm. The feed inlet of the crusher must be aligned with the discharge outlet of the raw material hopper, with a deviation controlled within 5mm to prevent spillage during material transport. The feed inlet of the mixer must be connected to the discharge outlet of the crusher via a pipe, with a pipe inclination angle of not less than 30° to ensure smooth material flow. The granulator must be tightly aligned with the conditioner, with a center axis deviation of no more than 1mm to prevent residual conditioned material during transport. The operating space of the equipment must also be considered during positioning. At least 1.2 meters of maintenance space should be reserved around the granulator for easy mold replacement and screw maintenance.
Equipment leveling is a crucial step in reducing vibration and wear. High-speed rotating equipment such as crushers and granulators must be precisely leveled using a level, with a levelness error controlled within 0.2mm/m. The leveling method is as follows: Place a spirit level at each of the four corners of the equipment base, and adjust the height of the shims under the base until the bubble in the spirit level is centered. For granulators, leveling is required in all four directions (front, back, left, and right) to ensure the stability of the center of gravity during operation. For mixers, due to the inertia of stirring during operation, diagonal braces need to be added to both sides of the base to enhance stability. After leveling, repeatedly test the equipment in idle mode and observe the vibration amplitude. If the vibration amplitude exceeds 1mm, readjust the leveling.
Equipment fixing must be secure and reliable. After leveling, weld the equipment base to the pre-embedded steel plate in the ground. The weld height should be no less than 10mm, ensuring a strong weld without any incomplete welds. For sites without pre-embedded steel plates, expansion bolts can be used for fixing. At least four sets of M24 expansion bolts should be installed on each equipment base, with a tightening torque of no less than 300 N·m. After fixing, a second leveling is required to prevent equipment displacement during welding or bolt tightening. By precisely positioning, leveling, and fixing the pellet mill, a feed mill has controlled the vibration amplitude of the pellet mill to within 0.5mm, extending the service life of the mold from 800 hours to 1500 hours.
