Finally, add sufficient lubricating oil to the oil inlet to prevent dry friction of parts.
The second step is to set the basic parameters of the floating fish feed extruder, focusing on temperature and speed. For aquatic feed, set the temperature to 80-90℃; for livestock feed, slightly higher, 90-100℃ is sufficient. For speed, start with medium speed (around 300 RPM) for smaller machines; don't start at high speed. If the machine has a display screen, adjust the numbers directly; otherwise, turn the temperature control knob and speed control knob on the machine body, remembering to "go low rather than high," and adjust gradually later.
The third step is to test the pelleting process. Add a small amount of raw material and observe the pellet condition. If the pellets aren't fluffy enough, increase the temperature by 5°C; if they're too brittle and crumble easily, slow down the rotation speed and spray some warm water into the raw materials to increase humidity. After trying 2-3 batches, record the appropriate parameters on the pet food extrusion machine for easy adjustment next time.
