First of all, we need to prepare ingredients, which requires a silo. After cleaning, various raw materials are put into the corresponding silos respectively. Put the raw materials into the silo and enter the crushing stage after mixing.

Crushing: This requires a crusher. Put the crushed materials into the crusher for crushing. Because multiple raw materials are crushed together, the crushing particle size will be more uniform. High-fat raw materials can also be crushed together.

Feed mixer, after the raw materials are crushed, they can be directly put into the mixer for mixing, and various trace elements, minerals, oils and molasses that need to be equipped are added at the same time.

Pellet machine, granulation: Enter the granulation stage, put the prepared raw materials in, and the pellet machine starts the granulation process. The various mixed feed raw materials are modulated by the high-temperature steam of the pellet machine and strongly extruded into granules, and then cooled, crushed and screened to form granular feed products.

Packaging: The screened finished granules enter the automatic quantitative packaging scale, the packaging range is 10-100kg/bag adjustable, the packaging accuracy is high, the error is within ±0.2%, and the packaging speed is fast.
