2. When operating, idle for 1 to 2 minutes, put the raw materials into the feed port, not too fast, and stop feeding when the ring groove of the spiral shaft head is full, and preheat by friction. Wait until the temperature of the machine head rises and the pressure in the cabin is increased before feeding.

4. When the spiral groove is blocked, do not stop the machine immediately. Run it idle for a while and wait until you smell the burnt smell before stopping it. It is mainly to prevent the nozzle and spiral sleeve from biting.
5. After the operation is completed and the feeding is stopped, let the corn equipment extruder idle for 1 minute, and stop after draining the material in the machine. Remove the nozzle and spiral sleeve while it is hot, flush out the spiral shaft, remove the residue in the machine, and dredge the spray hole for reuse.
