After the machine is installed, check for looseness, then run the machine empty for 1-2 minutes. After confirming that there is no fault, you can add materials. First, remove the head ring, add 3-5 kg of prepared powder into the hopper for repeated extrusion. It usually takes 3-5 minutes. When the temperature reaches 70 degrees (when the powder becomes soft, discolored and semi-cooked), you can install the mold sheet and control the feeding speed. It can be slower when raw and faster when over-cooked. Feed evenly after normal. The products can be cut according to the length required for packaging.

During the operation, it is best to use a hardwood stick larger than the feeding port to assist in feeding. It is strictly forbidden to push the material with your hands or metal objects to avoid hurting your hands or damaging machine parts. Feeding should be continuous and must not be stopped midway. When stopping, first add a little water to the feeding port to prevent the head ring and the working cylinder (large cylinder) from sticking and being difficult to disassemble. When stopping, be sure to remove the head ring, the discharge straight pipe and the inlet and outlet wire cylinder in order, and replace the butter when the bearing is working (150 hours).

This machine is equipped with 4 sets of templates, and different extruded feeds can be processed by replacing the molds. Before operating the extruder, a series of preparatory work needs to be done. These preparations are not only related to the normal operation of the machine, but also affect the quality of the final product.
