There are many kinds of feed machines on the market.
Most of the fish feed sold on the market is produced in batches through fish feed production equipment, usually through multiple processes such as crushing, batching, mixing, granulation and drying. The main machines and equipment for producing fish feed are:
1. Crusher: a machine that crushes the raw materials for producing fish feed.
2. Mixer: add a certain proportion of water and additives to the crushed fish feed raw materials and mix them evenly.
3. Feeder: transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the twin-screw extruder.
4. Twin-screw feed extruder: The mixed raw materials are extruded through the feed die under high temperature and high pressure environment and the extrusion of the twin screws, and adjusted into feed particles of the same size and length.
5. Multi-layer dryer: Generally an oven, including electric oven, fuel oven, gas oven and steam oven, which can adjust the temperature by itself, used to dry feed particles to a safe moisture content and increase the shelf life.
