Startup process and precautions
Follow the order of equipment startup to ensure that the bottom-up startup process is followed.
Before starting the machine, be sure to open the steam valve first, discharge the condensed water and carefully check whether the steam pressure is stable at about 0.5MPa.
Before starting the main engine, the machine chamber should be cleaned first, and then the hole shift and cutter required for production should be installed, and the mold base should be locked to prepare for production needs.
Carefully check the working status of each instrument and observe whether the material discharge hole of the mixer is smooth. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the temperature meets the specified requirements to ensure the quality of the expanded material.
According to the type of product, process requirements and production capacity budget, the key parameters such as powder feeding speed, water addition, steam addition and cutter speed should be reasonably adjusted.
