Issues that should be paid attention to in the use of feed extruders
1. Connect the line and check the direction of the motor.
2. The material is powder, add water and stir evenly, and the humidity should be about 20%.
3. Start the main engine and add a bottle of water at the main screw feed port.
4. Put the material into the hopper and start the feeding switch. The feeding speed must be slow at the beginning. Turn on the cutter and the cutter speed must be fast. After the normal discharge, it can be adjusted at will.
