The puffing part of the puffing machine is composed of puffing cylinder and extruding winch. The feed opening can not allow impurities to enter, found immediately with a small wooden stick to remove (not with an iron bar).
After the end of processing, let the machine idle for 2-3 minutes after cushion burnt residue, loosen the head nut to remove the screw sleeve core, clean up the internal expansion of the residue, reassembled for the next boot.

Material handling before puffing:
(1) Clean inorganic and organic impurities.
(2) In order to avoid fatal damage to the puffing machine, it is required to process the material before entering the puffing machine, to remove stones, metals and other inorganic impurities in the material, and to prevent stones and metal impurities from causing wear and fracture and other injuries to the spiral blades, shear pins and so on.
(3) In order to improve the processing capacity of the puffer, the material should be removed from the bean stalks and other organic impurities, because the bean stalks can block the mold template mold holes, reducing the amount of puffer discharge.
(4) In order to maintain the quality of oil and soybean meal, should reduce the soil content in the material, if the soil content is too high, the surface of the finished soybean meal is grayish-black, the finished oil color black.
