3. After preheating, a small amount of wet rice can be added slowly (just enough to wet the rice). When the puffed fruit comes out normally, a small amount of dry rice should be added continuously. Due to the low temperature at the beginning and the load effect, it is necessary to add a large throttle when starting processing, and add rice slowly. After the puffed fruit comes out 60-70 cm, gradually increase the amount of rice input, and the amount of rice input should be based on the power to drag.
4. The feed port cannot allow puffed fruit and other impurities to enter. If found, remove them immediately with a small wooden stick (iron rod shall not be used).
5. If the puffed fruit suddenly does not come out during processing, it means that the rice has too much moisture, and the water vapor makes the rice clump and blocks the outlet. Use a small wooden stick to remove the rice clump (do not use an iron rod).
6. If the puffed fruit comes out with one side and no side, it means that the core is not placed properly or there are small stones in the rice blocking the outlet. You should increase the amount of rice or use a hammer to knock on the core at the outlet from the direction of no to the direction of some.
7. If the puffed fruit suddenly does not puff during processing, it is because the temperature of the machine body is high. Add cold water to the front barrel of the sieve to lower the temperature.
8. After processing, let the machine run idle for 2-3 minutes to remove the burnt residue, loosen the machine head nut, remove the screw sleeve core, clean the internal puff residue, and reassemble it for the next start-up. During the disassembly process, it should be gently disassembled and placed, and must not be collided at will. Otherwise, it will affect the normal assembly of the precision of each part and reduce the service life.
