1. When using a pellet machine to make feed, the raw materials should be strictly selected and a scientific feed formula should be designed.
2. The machine should be installed stably during installation, and the power supply should be connected according to the direction of the machine's rotation.
3. After installation, check whether the screws in each part are loose; the tightness of the transmission belt should be moderate; adjust the balance between the two rollers and the die plate, and the gap between the roller and the die plate is 0.1 ~ 0.3 mm.
4. After confirming that the installation is correct, mix the bulk material evenly according to a certain ratio (3.5 kg of water is best for every 100 kg of dry feed), add a little to the feed port first, and after the pellets are extruded, fill the feed port with the material for normal production.

Poultry pellet machine

The length of the pellets depends on the length of the discharge port of the machine body. The height of the cutter at the upper end of the discharge port can be adjusted to adjust the length of the pellets. The diameter of the pellets depends on the aperture of the die plate. The die plate needs to be replaced to make the feed diameter appropriate. Flat die pellet machines generally have a length adjustment cutter at the discharge port, which can be adjusted according to actual needs; ring die pellet machines are mainly adjusted in length by manual (or electric) cutters outside the machine body.

Cattle feed making machine

1. The new machine needs to be flushed after each use. After flushing 15 to 20 times, it is no longer flushed.
2. The pellet feed machine should use the matching power according to the instructions. If it is too small, the output will be low and the effect will be poor; if it is too large, it will waste electricity, accelerate the wear of the machine and shorten the service life.
3. After processing 1000 kg of pellet feed, the die plate needs to be used on the reverse side to avoid shortening the service life.
4. Clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the equipment frequently, and add lubricating oil regularly to ensure that the pellet machine works in a good lubricated state.
5. Clean the residual material in the ring die sleeve cavity frequently.
6. Fill the lubricating oil in the oil filling mark on the eccentric shaft of the two rollers before each shift.
7. Regularly check the easily worn parts such as the ring die, pressure roller, cutter, paddle, transmission belt, etc., and adjust or replace them in time to ensure the normal and effective operation of the pellet machine.
